Undergraduate Academic Council (UAC) came out of the Academic Council. UAC term of reference is to develop, monitor and review undergraduate academic policy; in consultation with TEAC, GAC and ELLEC as appropriate, approves undergraduate courses and programs; and receives and disseminates relevant academic information

Membership includes a Chair (ex-officio, votes in the case of ties) or designate, and 9 elected representatives from the various faculties including: Humanities and Social Sciences, Natural and Applied Sciences, School of Business, School of Human Kinetics, School of Professional Studies and Performing Arts, School of Nursing, Trinity Western University Extension, School of Education, and Student Life. In addition, UAC membership consists of a current undergraduate student (TWUSA, elected or appointed, voting), the Registrar, and the University Librarian.
