Title: Perry Havens – “Early Years of TJC” ca. 1967
This recording features a script originally designed to accompany a slide show. Havens discusses the transformation of the Seal-Kap Farm into Trinity Junior College. He recounts the original purchase of the farm and the addition of various new college buildings. He describes the building of the chapel and the raising of funds. He focuses on the repurposing of various buildings and materials through the history of TJC. He also discusses the building of the new dining hall and dormitory space [Douglas].

Title: Perry Havens and Cal Hanson – “Description of College & Surrounding Areas” ca. 1965
Havens narrates a slide show that is designed to recruit students to Trinity Junior College. He describes the scenic landscape and the development of various campus buildings including the Barnasium, Arts and Science building, Dining facility and the Chapel. Dr. Hanson speaks briefly [13:00 to 15:00], challenging listeners to "consider this project in Christian higher education as a part of the missionary outreach of the church." Finally, Havens announces the development of the new library [Strombeck].
