Political Advertisement for the relection of Robert N. Thompson.

Item is a political advertisement. In the middle of the front page is a picture of Robert N. Thompson. Above the picture it says, “What Bob Thompson has done for Central Albertans.” In the right column the headline says, “What Bob Thompson has done for All Canadians.” On the bottom right there is a badge that says, “Vote Bob Thompson Red Deer” and above the badge reads “Stay with Bob – He’s doing the Job.” On the very bottom of the front page it says, “November 8th, 1965, Vote R. N. Thompson Social Credit X.” The very top left hand says, “The Adviser.” The very top right hand says, “October 1965.” On the back of the political advertisement on the top left side it says, "Bob Thompson Asks Can" Bellow are questions pertaining to debt, taxation, freedom, individual enterprise, the poor, the rich, the weak the strong, and the development of character and courage. Below this headline on the left side says, "Let's face facts" and "You should know that Bob Thompson, He is Canada's only leader with a new approach for Progress, Stability, Action." The headline in the middle of the back side of the political advertisement says, "Two Party Talk" which pertains to the importance of having political parties outside of the Two Party system called Splinter groups which the Social Credit party is. On the right side on the back of the political advertisement the headline says, "Bob Thompson says" in which Thompson describes the purpose of production in an economy is not to create work but to provide goods and services which people require. He believes in the benefits of the opportunity that comes from enterprise. Below that headline on the right side of the back page says, "Bob Thompson a true Canadian" under the headline mentions that Thompson believes in the developmental potential of Canada and that he sees Canada a a vital part of world affairs and can be a helper of less fortunate and struggling nations to help ensure peace and progress. At the bottom of the back page says, "Vote Social Credit" and at the very bottom of the page shows "An Invitation to Hear Bob Thompson" which shows a list of the Radio and Television channels and time and dates one can hear Thompson talk. And below that chart says, "Stay with Bob - He's Doing the Job!"
