The Torch was a brief newsletter sponsored or published by TWU's Development Department and intended to update donors and other university stakeholders as to key issues and events.

The Free Press

"The purpose of the Free Press as a publication unaffiliated with TWU's administration or student government, is to provide a forum where ideas and opinions can be freely and honestly expressed in the search for truth; to encourage discussion, self-examination, and engagement with ideas that will expose us to deeper understanding of the experiences and perspectives of others and ourselves." The first issue provides a definition of an underground vs. an independent paper.
