Object is a metal (possibly copper) coin-like medallion bearing the TWU crest in relief with "Trinity Western University" written underneath and the motto Turris Fortis Deus Noster over the top. The outside edge of the coin is ridged.

Objects are fabric lanyards with plastic or metal clips. The fabric straps read "Trinity Western University" or "Living in Community - TWU" with the date of the academic year. There are twelve lanyards of varying colours in the collection ranging from 2001 to 2012; 2007-2008 has two lanyards. These items were handed out to new students during Orientation Week

The folders contain sample degrees for various Associate and Bachelors degrees. 8 folders in total.

There are four folders in all, in archival holdings; three are empty and one contains a print of a black and white drawing of the original campus chapel.
