The Fonds consists of records documenting the activities and functions of the University's Student Association (TWUSA). Materials transferred to the Archives include very incomplete records from 1969 to 1985, as well as minutes of meetings from 1989-1990; 1992-2003

File consists of posters promoting events hosted by TWUSA. Events include Hootenanny, Christmas Galas, Open Mic Night, and various speakers. In addition, posters also promote TWUSA candidates, the Pillar Yearbook, and the student newspaper, Mars' Hill.
The fonds consists of records that document the activities and functions of the Student Life Department, including correspondence, minutes, reports, financial and personnel records.

Serial consists of commencement and convocation programs that lists the ceremony order and lists graduates by studies. In addition, some invitations, tickets, and other associated materials have been inter-filed with the programs, for some years. In 2017, graduate studies and undergraduate studies graduation ceremonies were combined.
This collection consists of the various publications created by TWU personnel and students, including newsletters, bulletins, yearbooks, newspapers, magazines, directories, handbooks, university calendars, graduation programs, convocation programs, etc.
