File consists of records including: newspaper clippings (many laminated), congratulatory letters, copies of blueprints, the architect's sketch of the exterior, and invitations and programs for the official opening (1989) and naming (1994) ceremonies for the Norma Marion Alloway Library. File also contains tributes to Norma Marion Alloway, A Biographical Sketch of Norma Marion Alloway, and brochures for the dedication of the Campanile and Gardens located adjacent to the library building (2000), the renaming of the Harro Van Brummelen Curriculum Resource Centre (2013), brochures honouring the TWU chime concert in celebration of the 200th anniversary of the ellacombe apparatus for playing bells (bell tower) (2021), and program for The C.S. Lewis and Friends Collections' Reading Room grand opening (October 1, 2022).

File consists of an updated Disaster Preparedness manual prepared by library staff that outlines the roles, responsibilities, and action in case of a disaster within the Norma Marion Alloway Library on TWU campus. The manual is divided into the following sections: prevention and planning, occurrence (notification process), response and recovery, post-disaster rehabilitation and follow-up, and appendices including various forms such as emergency response log, packout form, pre-disaster triage forms, ID tag templates, and final report template.
