Fonds consists of published materials including articles, addresses, essays, poetry, books, theses, etc., written by faculty members. Only faculty publications donated voluntarily to the archives are filed here.

The fonds consists of records that document the activities and functions of the President’s Office, including correspondence, minutes, annual reports, financial and personnel records.
Series within the fonds include Papers created and received in the course of the work of Calvin B. Hanson (Series 01); Papers created and received in the course of the work of all other Presidents (Series 02).
