Fraternity lapel pin

Object is an unidentified fraternity lapel pin with gold chain. The pin's design is a cossack cross with the inner section white enamel with latin letters, from the top left the letters read: Delta, Epsilon, Chi, and unidentified (a crescent). In the cross' centre is a circular crimson enamel with gold holding hands. Behind the cross is a gold sword with the hilt between the Latin letters of Epsilon and Chi. The number "897" is stamped on the back near the pin clip. The fastener is a safely pin.

Horizons Unlimited with Social Credit pin

Object is a metal pin promoting the social credit political party. The pin is circular the top is green with a family featured at the top in shades of black and gray with the following white text "Horizons Unlimited" below. The lower half of the pin says "With Social Credit" in white letters on a black background. The pin was made in U.S.A.

Currency Stamp Dies

Objects include three currency stamp dies.

  • RNT-ob-0119a die head features a side portrait of Maria Theresa who ruled the Habsburg dominions from 1740 to 1780. The inscription on the obverse is in Latin: "M. THERESIA D. G. R. IMP. HU. BO. REG." The coin value is 1 thaler.
  • RNT-ob-119b die head is the reverse or tails used to make the Maria Thaler coins and features double-crowned shield divided into four fields representing Hungary, Bohemia, Burgundy, and Burgau (G

The Government of the Province of Alberta Prosperity Certificate

Object is a certificate reading "The Government of the Province of Alberta Prosperity certificate, Issued August 5, 1936", signed by William Aberhart - Social Credit, AB Premier 1935-43 and the Provincial Treasurer who's signature is unreadable. Writing in the corner reads "Presented to RN Thompson - 9 Sept 64". The certificate is framed in a black wooden frame.

Item is a panorama of banquet in honour of Dr. Frank Patterson, M.L.A., Leader of the B.C. Conservative Party. The panorama is taken overlooking the guests seated at long rectangular tables that are adorned with white table cloths, china, silverware, and flowers. The banquet is in a hall with wood paneling on the lower section of the wall, with large three pane windows with floral bouquets featured in the centre on the window sill. There is a stage in the background with the head banquet table in front. The title of the panorama and photographer are written in white cursive and underlined. The title is located on the upper right corner and the photographer the lower right corner.
