"The Miracle Worker" : [poster].

Item is a poster for the production “The Miracle Worker,” by William Gibson and directed by Kate Muchmore Woo. Item consists of a dark navy background that fades into mid-navy with water streaks. The centre features an eye made from soapy water with two hands coming out to the surface holding the pupil. The title of the play is placed around the eye.

Alfred Stanley Barker, b. December 18, 1933; d. December 20, 2022

File includes two separate memorial prints outs remembering the life of Alfred Stanley Barker, one that was published online in Physics Today, and the other was posted on the Wiebe & Jeske Burial & Cremation Providers website. Stan joined the faculty of TWU in the fall of 1981 as a full-time physics professor. From 1992 to 1998, Stan continued to contribute to TWU part-time until he retired in 1998. In addition to teaching, Stan oversaw the Audio/Visual Committee.

Art Matterz poster.

File consists of a poster promoting the importance of the theatre program on campus. The cover of the poster reads: “Art is important. Theatre is important. This last year, if anything, has taught us that. It is essential, real, true, and vital. Though it is baffling to me that can still be discounted, that does not change its truth. Art loves nothing more than to preserve.”
