CBMC Business Men Broadcasting the Gospel Lapel Pin

Object is a CBMC Business Men Broadcasting the Gospel lapel pin. The pin features a red circle with a white ribbon with gold text that reads "Business Men Broadcasting the Gospel" with CMBC above also in gold text. The red circle sits on an open book. The screw back fastener is missing.

Cedar Talking Stick

Object is a carved walking stick that depicts a bald eagle at the top and an Indigenous chief wrapped in a blanket with a salmon crest on the lower half. The back is flat and has a thumb tack with fishing twine for hanging. In addition, there are two sections on the back where the wood has been shaved for a depiction written in blue ink. The first section reads "Bald Eagle" and the second " Chief wrapped in a blanket salmon crest, Jim Yelton, Squamish."

Item is a political poster of a public meeting for the centeral Alberta Social Credit Party featuring Honnerable Ernest C. Manning and Robert N. Thomspson. The poster has two black and white head shots of Manning (left) and Thomspon (right), the poster is for a social credit party rally public meeting which was held on Monday, April 1 at 8 pm in 1963. The poster text is green representing the Social Credit Party.

Child death mask

Object is an ebony carved mask of a child with a flat back. The child has rounded cheeks, a pointed chin, and their mouth is slightly turned down. The child's face is placed on a rounded surface with carved half moons on either side of the child's ears. The left moon is missing. The top is carved hollow diamond, possible for hanging.

Chinese Mask

Object is a mask. It is carved from a dark wood, with the outside painted black. The mask depicts a smiling human face, with a hole carved for each eye and the open mouth. There is a cord that is situated around the back of the mask attached to the edges of the mask, presumably to hold the mask to the wearer's face.

Chinese Puzzle Ball and Stand

Object 'a' is a chinese puzzle ball made from ivory, containing upwards of seven layers of orbs. The outer-most orb depicts three intertwining dragons whose eyes are painted black,and twelve circular holes. The internal orbs depict tiny stars, as well as having their own holes. Object 'b' is the stand for the chinese puzzle ball, and is also made of ivory. The bottom rim is carved into leaf-like shapes, while the top of the base is seperated into to rings, with the outer featuring simple cross-hatching while the inner ring featuring cross-hatching and two flowers. The stand extends upwards into a depiction of an upward-facing dragon. The stand continues out of the dragons mouth as a thinner pillar before attatching to a wider section which is decorated with four largers and eight smaller stars. The stand resumes into a thinner post, with the top forming a bowl-like shape.

Chinese Urn with Birds and Bamboo

Object is a Chinese urn featuring three swallows flying among bamboo shoots. The swallows have white breasts, a red and black cap, wings are speckled with red, orange, and black, and their tale feathers are reddish black. The bamboo is green brown. The backgroun is bronze with a glaze. The scene was painted onto the urn. On the bottom of the urn is a white sticker with black lettering that reads "Made in China by handmade". There are four circular green felt pads on the bottom of the urn.

Object is a Chinese urn featuring six cranes flying above grasslands. The cranes are in a brown bronze shade and the grasslands are green and brown bronze. The background is bronze with a glaze. The scene was painted onto the urn.On the bottom of the urn is a white sticker with black lettering that reads "Made in China by handmade". There are four circular green felt pads on the bottom of the urn.

Chiropractic Canada Lapel Pin

Object is a Chiropractic Canada lapel pin, one piece stamp with an abstract image of a spine and back on dark blue enamel with a titled gold crescent on the left corner. The main background is beige enamel with gold capitualized letters in both english and french "Chiropractic Chiropratique Canada." Fastener is a gold butterfly clutch.
