File consists of a research study done by the Reform Party of Canada on Indigenous benefits in Canada. It also contains a letter from M.P. John Duncan pertaining to the study.

Speaking Cards

File consists of multicoloured cards entitled "Devising a New Upper House," pertaining to a mutltitude of Canadian issues including representational voting, appointment within government, rules on veto-ing, and so on. It is unclear the intended purpose of the cards, as the "rules" listed in one card suggest a participatory quality.
