File consists of three Impact Reports that outline how donor’s giving’s are spent at TWU. In particular, the report highlights the TWU Growth Fund, campus enhancements, scholarships, fundraising campaigns, donor events, and has statistic information on student population, financial position and giving. In addition, the Impact Reports highlights student and alumni achievements.

File consists of two sketch reproductions of an exterior view of the former Calvin B. Hanson Chapel on TWU's Langley campus. The sketch was signed by Macdonald.

Photographs remaining include: the Administration building (Seal Kap House), interior view of the library in the Strombeck building, the original dormitories, parking lot with Douglas Hall in the background, In addition, the scrapbook contains various fundraising brochures.
