Audio 118a consists of the following recording:
Title: J. Robertson – “Trinity Western University A.V. Script”
This professional-sounding script was likely prepared to accompany a slide show used for public relations and fundraising. The speaker begins by describing the history of Trinity Western University and the importance of developing higher Christian education in Canada. Trinity's membership in the AUCC is alluded to, as is the school's 25th anniversary. Two prominent fundraising campaigns are mentioned. The development of the campus is described, including the construction of several buildings. The mission of developing Christian leaders and the impact of a financial contribution is mentioned. This portion has a whimsical and emotive music track. At [8:12] there is a repeat of the majority of this recording but without background music.
